Frederica is an archer from the Scarlet Moon Empire, on a mission. She was investigating the fate of the small village near the border with Kooluk, which was destroyed in the famous 'Noble-Hunting' Incident. Knowing that Graham Cray was at the center of the mystery, she searched him out in the Island Nations. In Razril she met Lazlo, and joined up with his army, hoping to get closer to Cray.

After the war (and Cray's death), the returns to the Scarlet Moon Empire to try and help resolve the border dispute with Kooluk. She later meets Kyril and his party on the border, and upon hearing what they know about rune cannons, makes it her new mission to help them destroy every last one of them. Although committed to her homeland, Frederica took a liking to Obel when she first came there during the war. She enjoys reading in her spare time. - KoRnholio
