I think it's just before the Dwarf Cave if you're coming from the mine entrance. (you'll need takamu in your party)

which Doraat battle?? specific enemy or Victory+?
and does Pale Moon Necklace work, or does it have to be the Beads, or BOTH?

me too I wanna know.......I tried chasing Childerich( when I got back my HQ) which is the 2nd Doraat Battle....and theres no Pale Moon Leather

I'm not sure, but a FAQ at GameFAQs says that you can get the Pale Moon Leather at the Dragon Racing.

you definitely cannot get Pale Moon Leather from any war battle. it's only available through the dragon horse racing game hard mode, which is... very hard.

isn't another bonus from Windspun Set that all the speed penalties from the armors are negated?
