very stupid question but i can't find it anywhere :[ where is it suppose to be? i really wanna know who i got so far and how many more people to recruit ><

I think it doesn't even show up until near the end of the game. It'll appear on the world map close to Budehuc, but I don't know what triggers it to appear.

I'm pretty sure it shows up when Zexen, the Grassland Tribes, Kamaro, and Tinto decide to make Budehuc the Fire Bringer hideout.

in the 4th chapter, when you're suppose to go to Budehuc castle on foot, the entire map is re-drawn and the Tablet of Stars should appear outside Iksay and the castle.
