Suikoden 1 Pc remake

I plan on using RPG Maker XP, and its only the first one so far. I am going to try to find the sprites and images of the characters but i need a few ideas as far as certain characters and maybe remade costumes. I'll have a website up for this project soon.

good luck. i'm not sure why you'd want to just remake a game instead of making something new though....

Getting the experience and levelling system to work will be a challenge. I used RPG Maker 2K fairly extensively and it doesn't look like you can modify something like that. Maybe XP is different.

You never know...Konami could request his project be shut down. I know Square-Enix did the same thing to someone who wanted to do a 3D PC version of Chrono Trigger. He had some screenshots out though...man it looked sick!

Then SE threatened him with a lawsuit, and that was the end of that. And he stated he had zero intention of distrubting it...it was just a simple project he wanted to do...to see what Chrono Trigger would look like if done in 3D.
