will Kyril have a true rune in this game? I really hope that he has one great true rune like Ted's soul eater.

No, no true rune for Kyril in this game (Lazlo still has his though). This is more of a gaiden (side-story) in the Suikoden universe, not a meeting of the 108 stars.
Ice has formed and there's snow between the tracks/ And I have seen the surface tear and I can't look back/ And cool low sun has blinded you for days from horizon to horizon can I dream this all away
