thunder rune pieces

can anyone tell me who you need to fight to get them to drop thunder rune pieces?, i've heard that you can acquire them from an enemy in or around the dwarf trail, but i've only ever got 1 and i didn't notice who i got it from, plz help

i don't think you can get Lightning (or was it "Thunder") Rune Pieces from any enemies. the only one i am aware of that's in Dwarf Trail is that Wild Boars have a slight chance of dropping Earth Rune Pieces.
