Theater: S-rating casts

I'll just share my S-rating castings to save people trouble. Most of these characters are available by the time you recruit Clarke and build the Theaters for each script. I'm sure you can substitute some for other good actors. For the most part, it's pretty easy to find the better actors based on Clarke's comments about each character, so you can just re-use them for everything for the S-ratings.
