[FAQ] Hero Unites, er, Combos damage formula

Combo attack damage currently works as:

Get the base attack for each contributing member. Then divide by the number of members in the combo. (Need to test and confirm: Combos are either physical (grapple/throw/slash, or magical: elemental damage including plain. I think a physical combo would grab the base physical attack from everyone, and a magical one would grab the base magic attack from everyone. Which... would make some of the hybrid combos not as strong?)

The damage formula used is then the same as the one used by everything else. The combo multiplier is generally higher than most abilities.

I'm... not sure if this is intended, broken, or half broken. When you look at the multiplier of some combos, they seem like they might make sense, but when you look at others, they clearly don't.

Example:

Nowa + Seign: 1.15x multiplier, attacks all, 1 SP
I mean, buddy attack did 1x damage and was usable every turn (but I guess the drawback being you eventually lost it), but 0.57x damage to all enemies for 1 SP seems a bit balanced I think.

Nowa + Lian: 1.6x multiplier, 20% crit rate, 2 SP
For it to say it deals "heavy" damage but you're effectively doing 80% of the damage if they did regular attacks by themselves, this one does not seem right at all. A 20% crit rate doesn't make up for it, especially seeing as this costs 2 SP per person.

Nowa + Seign + Marisa: 2.3x multiplier, 2 SP
Similar to Lian. 76% of the damage for 2 SP from three characters doesn't seem right?

I think their intent wasn't to divide the base attack by the number of contributing units, but it's hard to tell. Some of these would be really overpowered if that were the case. But as it stands, outside of the healing unite, I never found any of them worth using.

Yes it would be good to put it in a bug report. The division part is certainly a huge nerf to the damage. I tried out "massive damage" combos and was utterly disappointed when the damage was pretty much what 1 character could do with a strong attack.
