Which Characters Protect Others?

I’m looking for a full list of characters who will block attacks on other characters. When a character is critically injured, (20% HP I think,) another can jump in front to take an attack intended for that character.

Examples:

Gremio protects Tir
Cleo protects Tir
Camille protects Gremio
Tai Ho protects Yam Koo
Yam Koo protects Tai Ho
Kimberley protects Tai Ho

Lepant, Eileen and Sheena protect each other.
Hix and Tengaar protect each other.
The elves protect each other.

Actually, I think this site might have a full list in it's gameplay guides somewhere.

I have checked the site, but haven't found the list yet. I remember this information was actually available in the character pages of Gensopedia, but that site seems forever lost sadly.

Neat, where/how did you find it? I’m a little disappointed the list is so short, but I’m glad to know I wasn’t missing some easter eggs.

I was hoping some useless characters might at least have useful protects: a small reason to use them. Instead, a couple of them actually got worse. Like Kimberly, seriously? You’re the one that needs protection!

Feels like half the list is characters protecting the Hero. Pretty redundant considering how strong he is.

I think it's somewhere on this site, but I don't remember where. It's somewhere on gamefaqs, though.

But yeah, it is a pretty small list. The one for S2 is longer, and you also have the "Berserks For" thing. S2's is also a little more complex. Sheena for example, protects all human females (except Lorelai).
