Will suikoden tactics show us the fall of Kooluk?

Post by Destiny's Warrior »

Im wondering if suikoden tactics will show us the fall of Kooluk because there have been theorys that the Kooluk nation breaks up into seperate states. Hopefully it will because the game does start after the Island nation/Kooluk war. :?: :?:

I think there's a good chance that Kooluk will be showcased.

Rhapsodia is a good time to show off Kooluk's demise IMO. Like if the Rune Cannon is destroyed in the game, then Kooluk could be affected by it (they did use a rune cannon in Fort El-Eal for their southern defense), thus having a disadvantage in strength, which could lead to an uprising in Kooluk.

But then again, it could show the begining of Kooluk's downfall.

Is this all the information we have? I mean... coming out in Fall 2005. No news about Europe or America?

Do we even know if there will be a data transfer like 1 -> 2?

The name Suikoden tactics was trademarked in America, so there will likely be a US release. SRPGs have been doing very well in the US lately anyway.

So this means [probably] no European version? Oh god, not again! I'll pray as hard as I can to change that, or else Konami will have some serious complaint letters

Hope the swap method works on Rhapsodia if it doesn't get released here...

Who said anything about Kooluk becoming seperate states? I wonder if Kooluk eventually becomes conquered by the Scarlet Moon Empire somewhere down the line.

I have this hunch that the fall of Kooluk will be in Suikoden V. So Suikoden IV would be about the Rune of Punishment only, and perhaps Rhapsodia is an in-between game to deal with the rune cannons. Also gives some depth to the shallow events of SIV, which can hardly stand on its own.

Suikoden V: Fall of Kooluk, coming January 2007 for PS3.

Unfortunately some people would but that if they didn't see the joke part. And in the screens, some of the soldiers look like the kooluk soldiers from Suikoden IV so it is very likely Kooluk will be involved somehow.
