OK,since he's able to see Jeane's true form....i suppose then he's not an ordinary dog. And he went to the Mt. Hei-Tou to try some magic experment, but he ended up into a dog form as a result?

That's... I don't even know what to say, there's conjecture and then there's utter fantasy.

Koroku is the only animal who's perspective we get to play from in the whole series. For all we know, every animal that encounters Jeane including Shiro can see her for what she really is.

It's a common trope of fantasy and sci-fi that animals have senses that humans don't have, which is why they are often faster to detect people who aren't really people, such as Terminators, and humans possessed by spirits and demons.

A strange conclusion. No human(oid) including wizards has ever seen Jeane’s true form iirc, so the fact that Koroku is able to see it indicates that he’s anything but human or wizard, probably he’s an animal. Looking at his portrait we can safely assume he’s a dog…

A chinese friend told me about the belief that dogs can see the ghosts of the deceased, and that you might be able to see them as well if you rub dog tears into your eyes.

Ulysses (or Odysseus) was recognized by his dog Argos when he returned home disguised as a beggar after 20 years or so of fighting in wars and getting lost at sea. He could fool his entire kingdom but not his dog.

Zerase might know about Jeane's true form as she's knowledgeable about a lot of arcane matters, but I doubt Zerase would bother to expose Jeane's secret as she probably doesn't really give a sh!t either way. And Eresh likely knows Jeane's secret as well, but she's another weird one shrouded in mystery.
