New Queens Knights

Post by BelcootLymOTP »

[Spoilers]

During Suikoden 5, Zahhak and Alenia are killed after they take raging nostrum and Georg is expelled from the knights after he killed Queen Arshtat. At the end of the game Freyjadour becomes the new commander of the Queens Knights and Lyon is promoted to a full fledged knight, however in the star credits it shows that Galleon retires ad Kyle moves to the northern continent.

That leaves only Frey, Miakis and Lyon as Queens Knights.

So my question is, would they have appointed new Queens Knights, and if so who?

Doesn't Toma start training as a Queen's Knight?

It might be others who didn't belong to the S5 cast

You don't really need any more Queen's Knights than that. Miakis is Lym's bodyguard, Lyon is Frey's (and he's their commander, as well) and that's all the royal family that needs protection after V.

Why? They were basically just the remains of a larger army - iirc, the Queen's Knights were more numerous in the past, but most of them were killed and now these 6 remained. It' also just a matter of personal choice, Georg was appointed by Ferid without any regulation.

So... Toma receives a bit of training from Galleon and becomes an apprentice Queen's knight. It would be nice if Toma takes up the axe and shield style of fighting and appears like a young Galleon. Either that or he takes up Goesch's club, but that's not a very knightly weapon.

Toma spent a lot of time hating Arshtat for what happened to Lordlake, but he still became devoted to helping Falena. Imagine if he meets Lymsleia for the first time and has a little crush on her, which develops as they grow up? That would be kinda cute.
He also receives a bit of attention from Nifsara, so he could grow up to be a pretty boy knight/cougar meat.

How about Beaver and Dwarf Queen's Knights? That would be weird!

Yeah, let 7 dwarfs be the Queen's Knights and Toma be their Commander and her lover!
By the way, Moroon should have performed Manowar's "Warriors of the World United" when all 108 stars were gathered 8)

Why not? It'd be racistic to let only humans to become Queen's Knights. They'll just need to create uniforms that will fit their size

Yeah, a dwarvern Queen's Knight would be good. The Zexen Knights had an elf. And since there are no more Godwins to promote a "Falena for tall white people only", then the different races can integrate more.

Note that they have the Sun Palace Dragon Brigade set up after the war. So basically Roog is a one of the "new Queen's Knights"

I could see Belcoot and Hazuki becoming Queen's Knights if a new story line required it.
I will establish one mighty nation in this land. A single, powerful nation, born of force and wielding force. That is the one and only way of freeing this land from war.

I would love to see Shoon as a Queen's Knight. After the gladiator system was abolished, he would be a great fit. The peasant hero who made good.
