|<< Galahad||Galleon||Gantetsu >>|
An elderly Queen's Knight, Galleon hails from Lordlake originally. He didn't spend much time there, though, because he believes his duty is to the royal family in Sol-Falena. He believed he should have been the one to escort the Prince to Lordlake because he knows the place, but Georg thinks Ferid didn't give him the order because that would be heartless. However, Galleon had been to Lordlake once following the incident with the Sun Rune, so Ferid does not need to protect him from the devastation. Galleon accompanied the royal family to Stormfist, but did not accompany the Prince and Lym to the East Palace.
During the Godwin attack on Sol-Falena, Galleon fought alongside Ferid and Georg to protect Arshtat. After the death of the monarch, Galleon goes to protect Lym with Miakis and escort her escape. However, Alenia and Zahhak prevent them from doing so.
Galleon remains in the castle after Godwin takes over, and never participates when the Prince moves at Lordlake and Lelcar. The only time he participates is when Lym decides to ride out to war herself. He runs into the Prince during the chaos, and fights him. Galleon is defeated, but is ordered to stand down by Lym. However, Sialeeds betrays the Prince and captures Lym, while Dolph stabs Lyon to make sure they are not pursued. This makes Sialeeds furious, and she orders Galleon, who is skilled at combat first aid, to patch up her since he's better then most doctors at that kind of thing.
Galleon takes Lyon back to Sindar Castle, but he prepares to leave because he was unable to help the royal family, and his stubbornness caused both the Prince and Lym such grief. But Dr. Silva, who was taking care of Lyon, chastises the knight for his actions. Galleon listens to her, and asks the Prince if he can be of service.
Galleon and Silva used to be married decades ago, they met when she was an army doctor. However, they were divorced twenty years prior. He became worried about her safety when Lordlake was scorched by the Sun Rune. He retires soon after the war, despite popular public opinion that he should stay on. - Matt620 (article), Basel (image)
