Lo Seng is one of the Mordo Spring bandits, the three siblings who commandeered the Mordo Springs, acting as the owners, and charged travellers exorbitant fees to use it. After being defeated by Lazlo's party, he joins his crew with his brother and sister. He has a fondness for wine, and is confused when Agnes stops him from taking one bottle from Elenor's collection. After the war, he returned to Mordo Springs with his brother Lo Hak and tried to turn the place into a tourist attraction. - KoRnholio
