Ninulneda often lectures misbehaving Propros-kin, the guilt the offending party feels is often so great that they’ll do practically anything the Goddess asks of them.

Ninulneda speculates to Liu that she believes the Propros-kin were not originally part of the current world, which explains the visions in the Chronicle.
