A former lady-in-waiting of Pharamond, Lathilda fell into despair when the Order took over her homeland. She went into the Noslow Woods, long known to be a forbidden place, in order to end her life quietly. However, while she was there, she ran into a wild adventurer named Bosche, who was smitten by her beauty and asked her to be his wife. Lathilda refused, claiming that her life had no value, while Bosche answered that if her life had no value, she could then easily give it to him.

Touched, Lathilda stayed with Bosche, and grew to love living in the woods and finding a new life. After Pharamond was liberated by the Hero’s Company, she met the Hero, who was found by Bosche in the woods, who delivered the news that Pharamond was liberated. She left the woods to see for herself, and was overjoyed to see her beloved homeland free of oppression. Seeing this made Bosche want to fight with the Company so that Lathilda could always be happy. Lathilda resolved to join as well, as when Pharamond fell before, she did nothing, and she would not do so again.

Lathilda does truly love her husband, and desired to have children with him. Soon after the fall of the One King, she and Bosche have five children and travel the world together. - Matt620
