Incantation of the TWR

In volume 6 of the manga, Wyatt says an incantation when he uses the TWR. It's on the colored pages. Chris also says one later on. What do they say? It wasn't translated.
And if I saw you dancing, I would spin you around, spin you around, turn your world upside down

Those weren't written in Japanese. It's the Sindarin/Cyndarin language, and the translators left them untouched. It's a fictional language made up by Konami for this series.

I've seen a mapping of these symbols to Roman alphabets somewhere before. Maybe someone who has access to those can provide some translation?
