I wasn't able to kill enemies normally in one hit using Lalacle. To do that, I had to first use the second rune spell which doubles her attack stat for the next attack. With that on, she does kill most enemies in one hit. That spell can work in conjunction with her 4th, which deals 2x damage against enemies in a large radius.

I don't assume you're referring to the Leo rune, so does that mean that she has a special rune exclusive only to her?
