Unicorn brigrade member without helmet?

I recently started to play Suikoden II for some nostalgic values and I noticed something weird.

In the beginning, after Jowy and Riou jumped off the waterfall, you will be shown the opening credits (flashbacks of Riou and Jowy at Kyaro and in the Unicorn Brigade).

At the scene where Jowy and Riou gets nominated by Rowd, you can notice a Unicorn member without his helmet on. Then, at the next scene, at the parade at town, you can see him again as well.

Edit : Is he someone or just a random stuff from the producers?

It makes you kinda think cause you would think that hes important but he aint lol.

The guy has a name, but I forgot who it was. It was revealed in Japanese publication thingy. Maybe Genso or Shirofan or SARSadmin remembers. But one thing for sure is that he has a name.
