Question about the ghost ship SPOILERS

I got the ghost ship event but.. was unprepared for it. I didn't realize i had 70 stars and i entered the War room...
I left so i could save and rest. But now i am not able to trigger the event again.
Have i missed out on Ted or is there some other way to get the ship?

i dont think you can get back on the ship if you leave it

why does king dude say you can always leave before you go on then?

I understand that you can sail around, and find the ship again (it's hidden in fog) but only if you don't actually complete the quest in there.

Haven't checked myself.

where would fog be?
randomly placed?
(this is what i've heard quite a bit but no one seems to know for sure)

randomly placed...thats crazy! considering how big the freakin ocean is in this game. but yea...lets see if I can get the last piece of my pirate king set before you find the ghost ship lol.

A word of advice though, if you DO manage to get the ship to come back, mute your TV. Ted's voice acting made me want to cry emo tears.

many of the voices i actually liked so far.
Rita made me want to rip my ears off... Snowe would make a great emo band front man(voice).
I'm kinda curious to what ted sounds like now...

Sail between obel and na nal. on the map randomly in that area you will see a mist shape and on the horizon you will see fog.
I found it between obel and mordo(from na nal)

the sound of the voice didn't bother me.. the way he talked did.
