At the start of the game, there was an enemy that only people could kill if they weren't from the world that the enemy was attacking. The main character couldn't damage it, only the person from another world was able to. However, it is later revealed that the main character isn't from the world he's currently in. So.. why wasn't he able to damage it?

Re: Plot holes.
He isn't from the world that enemy was from, you have to be from the world the enemy is from to damage it, not just any other world than the one your in.
For example the enemy they fought wasn't from the world the hero had come from....
Right?

No idea how far you are into the game, but this is explored further later on. Do some more quests, etc.

Really? I thought the requirement was 'Not be from the world the Renegade is attacking', not 'Be from any other world'. That would mean that Cougar was exceptionally lucky to have been from the same world as the giant crab monster, which no one bothered noting.

Huh. The game finally addressed this in an optional board quest, nevermind.
