Can I get Georg in this condition???

I ran away in Tinto, then there's a scene where Georg saves me... I couldn't recruit him. Then after Shu slaps me... I went back to where Georg was and he was gone. Could I still recruit him???

Yeah, you can still recruit him. The scene where Shu slaps you is during the Tinto scenario by the way. You can only recruit Georg after the Tinto scenario.
