Hi all, I'm starting to modify my Suikoden 2 for a bit of fun. The best way I have of doing this is unlocking all the characters, including both Jowy's, and then modifying their weapon levels all to 1.
I'm looking for a cheat code to modify everyone's level to 1. I use to have one but I can't find it. Any help?

There are cheat codes out there to set weapons to level 16. Usually you can just change the value from "0010" to "0001" or maybe "0000"
