I noticed attack value is different if a character is the leader or not. Based on your example:
Adventurers:
Lorelai alone: Bow 11
Quincy alone: Bow 9
Mina alone: Bow 4
Lorelai + Quincy: Bow 15 (11 from Lorelai + 4 from Quincy)
Lorelai + Mina: Bow 13 (11 from Lorelai + 2 from Mina)
all three: Bow 17 (11 from Lorelai + 4 from Quincy + 2 from Mina)
So you can say:
Lorelai has an attack power of bow 11 (can only lead)
Quincy has an attack power of Bow 9 when leading / +4 attack bonus when supporting
Mina has an attack power of Bow 4 when leading / +2 attack bonus when supporting
This pattern works with all the (non-special) units on the Army Battle Guide guide chart. The only characters that cannot be broken down this way are Camille, Cleo, Fu Su Lu, Gen, Hix, Kamandol, Kuromimi, Sonya, Stallion, Sydonia, Sylvina, Tai Ho, Tengaar, Varkas, and Yam Koo (since they all are part of units that have a mandatory unkillable recruit in slot 2 that is either recruited at the same time as another character in that unit or is recruited before the final unit leader, so the individual support bonuses cannot be isolated). Maybe someone with a Gameshark can figure those out.
