missing characters in the character list

there's some characters missing in the character list, i already post some of these in the character list bug reports sticky thread but it's already 10 months and nothing was done

missing characters:
-lord vingerhut (vincent vingerhut)
-fog ship guide
-pete (alex & hilda's son)
-duck chief
-jonathan (the 'victim' in kidd's duck murder case)
