Recruiting Tuta
There is an alternate way to recruiting him. Simply have the character who recruited Mio in Iksay Village (I used Chris to recruit her) go talk to him at Chisha Village, without Mio as a support. He will mention something about Mio being lonely at Budehuc Castle and join.

ha, that's pretty cool. if Thomas recruited Mio, i wonder if you can take Thomas...?
