Nintendo Power hinting at... Suikoden 6?! probably not
http://www.thetanooki.com/2008/04/30/ni ... ar-future/
Suikoden 6 for the Wii will have the Scarlet Moon Empire! Or maybe not >_>
anyways, if it ISNT Suikoden 6 (which I hope it is), what else could it be? I've heard:
-Pokemon cause it looks like a giant Pokeball
-Pikmin 3 because there are flowers/other stuff in the bottom left corner
-Disgaea because the new Disgaea is subtitled the Curse of the Red Moon or something
-Apparently theres a giant picture of Link in the middle but I cant see it
-Earthbound translations because it looks like the Earthbound moon
-Golden Sun because to someone it looks like a golden sun (would be super amazing if it were GS3 though)
Anyone else notice anything?
EDIT: I also see a pikmin-looking thing on the right, Towards the right-center I see some sort of figure posing or stretching, and if you tilt your head to the right a little it looks like there are two eyes and an open mouth facing in the direction of the bottom right. This is actually kind of interesting...

I see a face..but nothing like Link's...also see a little tiny 'P' and the pokeball, I see alot of stuff but not really anything pointing to a game, other than the pokeball.
Now that I think of it it could be another Castlevania game, and maybe that face is Solid snake...dosen't resemble him much but it reminds me of tekken.

Odd. I could have sworn there was a Golden Sun character in Brawl. Not even Marth? Or Roy from Melee?

I'm pretty sure Roy and Marth are from a different Fire Emblem, don't remember seeing either in Path of Raidiance but I all I remember from Golden Sun is the wierd floating hand powers, the little creatures with elemental powers ( I think D'jins or something) and some names...just can't think of them right now.

Marth is from Fire Emblem 1, Roy is from Fire Emblem 6 and Ike is from Fire Emblem 9 and 10. Isaac, the main character of Golden Sun, is an assist trophy ( the giant green hands). though a Golden Sun 3 would boost his popularity for the next Smash Bros hopefully >_>
All the things mentioned in the first post are just things ive heard, it is Nintendo Power though so that's probably why theyre all Nintendo-related.

First of, Ike isn't in Golden Sun, he is in Path of Radiance and Radiant dawn. Marth and Roy are in seperate Fire Emblem games in Japan only, I think Roy was in an English version, not 100% about that. The character from Golden Sun wasn't playable but he was an assist trophy which was Isaac the main charactre of Golden Sun and a playable in Golden Sun 2. Also there were stickers/trophies from Golden Sun in Brawl.

Have the June mags gone out yet? I distinctly recall NP loving to print and send the mags to people well over a week before the month actually started.

I am a subscriber but I haven't received mine yet. However, I'm in Canada so the US might get their more quickly.

Re: Nintendo Power hinting at... Suikoden 6?! probably not
I think it was someone on Kotaku, in the comments section, pointed out that it's just a regular photo of the moon. In fact, the person took what might be the reference photo, and overlaid it. There is nothing hidden in the moon itself, or at least nothing that Nintendo Power added. So either the moon is representing something, or Nintendo Power is full of crap.
(As for when the issues come out, all gaming mags send out their issues around the same time. For example, you'll usually get your June issue of EGM in the last week of April. The July issues of gaming mags should be getting to subscribers any day now, if people haven't started receiving them already.)
