Where is Simone in suikoden 2?

I am in radat,and i can go to radat village but i dont see Simone anywhere?
And i can go buy the rose brooch also but where is simone?
Please help me.

if im not mistaken, vincent has to be recruited in order to recruit simone, simone will be waiting in radat at the place where shu throws a coin in the water

you might have to wait for shu to be recruited first, as well

Have you bought the Rose Brooch?

You have to buy the Rose Brooch first. Then go to Radat--and he should be there. He'll moan about losing the thing, and you can be like..."I got it" and he'd be like--"Gimme!"

Then, you can ask him to join.

Simone has to be recruited in order to get Vincent.

Sorry to revive a dead topic, but about the Rose Brooch. It's in the rare find of the Banner item shop right? Well I can't seem to buy it because the rare find is never available there.

I only need to recruit Simone and Vincent in my current playthrough for all 108 SODs and I need to buy that Brooch. So am I too late in buying it (I'm at the part after the Gold Wolf in Muse BTW)?
