Feather froze my game...

Hi there! I'm a long time lurker, first time poster. I hope it's okay to post this odd little story here.

I know Suikoden II is kind of, uh, buggy, but the darndest thing happened last time I played. I can't remember at what point it is, but a random Star (i.e. not Nanami) visits Riou's bedroom to wake him up. It was Feather for this particular playthrough--but--after screeching with plenty of exclamation points, I'm sure, he left the room... and promptly got stuck against the door frame. I couldn't move at ALL and had to reset, scared that it was going to be Feather again and I'd be stuck an endless cycle. Luckily, it was Amada and the game went on its merry way.

Has this happened to anyone else...?

I never got it. Generally is always Luc who awake me up.... weird....

No, afaik the character is selected at random.

But I also never got one of the ebasts to wake me up so I cannot confirm the glitch.

Well, maybe a gameshark code could be created to force a beast to awake us up, so the bug can be confirmed...

Or is related with a RNG BEFORE the cutscene plays, so could be manipulated with save and reloads, to see if we get a different character, until we get a beast to awake us up.

I think I've seen this happen before as well, also with Feather. If you remember, can you remark on what your Castle Level was when this happened to you?
