Power leveling Pesmerga?

I'm reading on these forums that she has a minimum level of 50, is there any way to power level this character up or is it just a slow grind for them?

He doesn't always start at Level 50. I've had him join at Level 36 before, so there's that.

But you can also recruit him with a Level 99 Riou and he will start at Level 99.

Persmerga is the only character whos level depend on loading data and the Heros level at the same time.

Ok, so I guess another question is the Genshu person. He's not based on hero level, and doesn't have an open rune slot. Is he able to be power leveled with the 99 trick or the hard way?

You can at least get Genshu to level 80 with the level up trick.
If you fight 6 Pixies at Mt.Rakutei, you'll get 6x5100EXP=30600EXP. Level 49 with 900EXP+30600EXP=Level 80 with 500EXP
But still you have to level him from 80-99 the hard way.

Pesmerga at level 50 isn't a big problem though.
2x6x3900EXP=46800EXP. Level 50 with 900EXP+46800EXP=Level 97 with 700EXP, so only about 130 fights to reach level 99.
