Stat growth is really unpredictable in this game, can't believe Makumaku got 154 int at lvl 99 (9/6/3/1) while my Millie just got 147 int (9/5/3/1)... XD Oh well, even my Gantetsu got a very low 140 int (9/5/3/1)... So Makumaku is superior to them... Hahahh!! Go Makumaku!!! XD lol

Btw, I didn't use magic stone. I'm planning to make this one of my perfect files. No to stat stones on this file. I was really impressed by Makumaku, 154 mag and 170 speed... Blue Gate Rune and Wizard Rune, I think i'm gonna give him a try even if my fate is in his hands... Hahahahh!!

I did a whole statistical analysis of the Blue Gate Rune in a previous thread:

I couldn't figure out how to calculate Makumaku's overall damage numbers for the whole thing because he has no fire or lighting affinities. In terms of the top 2 spells, he would be around #6 or #7 with the Blue Gate Rune (about the same as Millie and Gantetsu).

Makumaku's Blue Gate damage on Highland Soldiers (L'Renouille)

Open Gate - 90 dmg (commander - 66 dmg)
Kings Road - 90 dmg (commander - 66 dmg)
Pale Palace - 570 dmg (commander - 546 dmg)
Empty World - 1170 dmg (commander - 1146 dmg)

(With Wizard Rune - 193 MAG)

Their commander takes less damage.

If your data is correct, Makumaku's lack of Fire and Lightning affinities gives him a 0 multiplier for the base damage. So it essentially becomes MAG minus MDF. The two water affinity damages match up for a B affinity to Water.

Confirmed. I just tested Sierra. With a Magic of 161 against the Flyers outside HQ (MDEF 25), Pale Palace and Empty World did 136 damage with both. (161-25=136)

No affinity means a damage multiplier of 0
