Recruiting Killey and Annallee before Luca Blight

I haven't played this game in forever, but is there a window in which you will be able to access South Window to recruit these two after getting Kiba and Klaus (pre-condition for Castle Level 3 along with 61 recruits) but before going to Gregminster?

I think it's post-Gregminster. The earliest I've been able to get them is the night before the battle (when Tsai asks to get his tools from his house).

It can be done within the time frame before saving Ridley,and after the war battle is over.

I wasn't able to get them until after the scene with Sasarai, Luca and Jowy.

And yes there is a window(haha) in which you can go to South Window after capturing/recruiting Kiba and his son. More specifically, after Sheena talks to everyone in the war room. But in my case, Killey and Annallee were not present when I went to South Window.

Exact Time frame to recruit Killey/Annallee before Luca:

After waking-up before the night fighting against Luca - Before saving Ridley.

Afterwards South Window will be closed. Also keep in mind Radat will be closed once you return from Gregminster. So you'll miss Simone and Lebrante as well.
