[FAQ] Just what exactly was the binoculars for?

Post by Wicked_Rune_Bearer »

After you got all the paints together and gave them to Inov (not sure if spelled right) he paints you a picture. After it's finished he rewards you with what you think will be the picture but it turns out to be the binoculars can someone tell me what exactly is the binoculars good for?
A rpg-suikoden site that lets you choose your character and basically play suikoden on your computer as if it was on your ps console

In the context of Suikoden II, yes. However, in the context of Suikoden I, if you plug a second controller into the Playstation you can rotate the camera during battle.

FAQs and guides 'n' stuff. The code page for Suikoden I at GameFAQs has this listed, I believe (can't check since I'm at school).

Sounds interesting, how much can you rotate the camera? Can you view the front of the characters??

No.

You get the ability to view them facing each other--or more of an overhead view--or a combination of those.
Playing Suikoden III......
