About Suikoden I for PSP

Is it remake of PS version or Saturn version?

PS Version. Not even sure it's that much of a remake, seems to be a port with slight changes.

When they release something for example, The Xbox 360 then they make the PS3 able to run it. I'm really bad at explaining this but I think I got most of the stuff right.

Seems to be a remake from the ps version, they just messed a few things up whilst porting it across.
