I think it will be more like what lance and janus said. he's a tenkai star fom another universe that either will have a game about him or not.

for all we know he could star in a tierkreis 2.

my only source of info on tierkreis is suikosource and its forumers

and even at that, i still find it troublesome to seek each bit of info

The info is actually from Due Fiumi and the Famitsu scans (or other mag scans). Then comes the always-late-to-the-party official website.

Atori is the only visiting Tenkai Star that we know of, but considering how universes are colliding it's safe to say there's going to be more stars of destiny from other universes coming into the Tierkreis one. That being said, I still think (especially due to the recent 1Up interview) that they won't make any previous stars or non-stars from the established world appear.
