Water Basin

Where in suikoden v is this waterfall/water basin, where is richard? I'm lost (Probably stupid) can anyone help its an emergency.

Leave out the western side of beaver lodge (it's at the top left of the town, near where you enter beaver lodge if you come by boat) and you'll be on the western side of the river on the world map. Then follow the river south and then east till there's a rocky basin and you can enter the waterfall basin area. Richard and Genoh are at the waterfall all the way at the end of the area. To get there, from the start keep heading right as far as you can, then you loop around down right and up... I think. There's probably a map of the area somewhere.
