How exactly do we recruit YAHR & NELIS??

I really need help with this.. I tried recruiting Yahr&Nelis,i followed them to grave shipyard and make second choice(Fire the Rune Cannon).. and when yahr n nelis asked (what about the rune cannon)?? i make the choice of (put it in the ship) instead of (destroy the rune cannon)...
Now Yahr n Nelis doesn't seem to join..when i return to the inn in nirva,they said something about a next investigation and nelis asked yahr (when is the next investigation)...
I'm stuck here,so i REALLY NEED HELP from u pros there!!..

so i the way to recruit them is to only follow them to grave shipyard and destroy the rune cannon??

that's strange.
i choose to put it in ship, they just seemed disagreed.
but I was still able to recruit them after the mission in ship graveyard

Why not try bringing Bernadette Egan and talk to them. Have you already?

hmm.. i've already take bernadette along but i don't seem to be able to recruit them when i asked to put it in the ship..

and also when i take yahr n nelis along on my ship,inside the ship when we saw the rune cannon above the sky,yahr,nelis and bernadette suggest to head there immediately.. there's two conversation choice one is "no.i need to be back in felena" and one is "very well then.."
i've tried the first choice,and we docked at estrisse.. yahr n nelis said that they need to continue to where the rune cannon exploded...

after that i can't seem to find yahr n nelis(even in nirva's inn)..

so where are they if it comes to this situation??
