Gray Hat

Can anybody tell me where to find a grey hat. i've heard it was the best light head armour.....but i've searched and searched the game and topics here, and have found nothing

Gray Hat is in Ashwalt Mountains. You can get better instructions from a walkthrough (try gamefaqs) for finding it. I did a quick look and found that it's in Lyon's path. Note that sometimes in order to access another area you need to *avoid* the middle of the elevator platforms (or go back down if you accidentally went up).
