Return of Neclord?

I don't think that Neclord should be brought back for a while unless it comes to the point where Konami are finally going to release the final (climax/tie all ends up) game in the Suikoden series then maybe he could be somehow tied into this game along with characters that would be in the final installment but for now don't touch something that is fine and has no need to be re-touched on for now.
Some hooligan keeps disconnecting the alarm. I told Security to look into it. But no, no, they'd rather catch the guy who's stealing organs from the transplant ward!!
