Can I get Suikoden 3????

Post by Pierre »

I really want Suikoden 3, but I live in the UK. Where can I buy it, and do you need a chipped PS or can you just get some scart cables? because i'd really rather not have my PS chipped if theres another way.

thanks

I have got Suikoden 3 and I am in the UK. I got mine from ebay, this looks like your best bet. I didnt want to get my PS2 chipped either so i used the swap magic discs and got a flip top lid. The only other way is to buy a US PS2. Just do a search on swap magic and flip tops to find out about how they work.

Current prices for Suikoden III through ebay are not that competitive at the moment.

Cheaper versions tend to come from a US based supplier so have expensive shipping costs, incur customs charges and take time.

Those being sent from a UK address, from what I could currently see, cost more than from a UK based importer and have less reassurance that you will get your goods.

The cheapest way of obtaining the title is probably through an international importer even with the shipping costs and import charges.

But the fastest way would be through a reliable UK based games importer. Both http://www.newageconsoles.com/
and http://www.anotherworld.co.uk/ have Suikoden III for £39.99 and are fairly reliable suppliers.

i got my ps2 chipped by using the chipping service at:
http://www.playstationchips.co.uk

it's expensive but i wasn't gonna do it myself as i have no skills with a soldering iron.

they do sell mod chips seperatly. however because of legal pressure they have stopped their chipping service.

hope that helps.

also the chipping service did cost me ovr £100
so add that the the £30 of importing the game from ebay and you have yourself a very expensive game.

having been the biggest fan of 1 & 2, i had to get 3, so it's worth every penny in my opinion.
