Yes, I was shocked to find it when I went shopping in Mangga Dua. I think it is pirated and judging from the translation, it was pirated from some translated scans. I know Indonesia is well-known its reputation of having many pirated mangas published here, but I don't expect them to publish Genso Suikoden as well lol...
