Architecture of Shezerazade

In Suik I it's shown as a crumbling grey structure with subterranean paths which run along with and intersect waterways. Is this how it's portrayed in literature as well? I take it there are rooms for people in there too, not just that... Though I can understand how they couldn't put that much detail in Suik I.

Ahh, well, I'm sure with this castle...

It seemed to be a floating castle in the middle of nowhere. Just as useful in position as Lake Toran Castle. Also, it seems to be an underground castle judging by the outside, making it even harder to attack. Since it doesn't go up, it must come down.

Shezerazade is supposed to be a fortress, not a castle. as such it s more an office than home. It s main pupose is to protect the access to greminster's area.
