WHat is the population of the various nations as I can only find the populations of towns in Suikoden I and II?

I don't think there is an answer to that question out there. I'm sure Konami is vague about that sort of thing, as well as the various countries' natural resources, the fact that the whole world speaks a single language. I mean Suikoden is a very well fleshed out work of fiction, but it wasn't written by Tolkien so who knows?
