Some knights of gaien talking about a kid that has been found on the sea shore,thats Lazlo right? and in the story tells the wife of lino en kuldes use the rune of punishment to defeat the pirates and his son remains on water???it could be lazlo and he's been wipe out to the razril shore....

don't know if it's been said official yet but yes lazlo is his actual son. you can easily base it off the story that lino tells you and at the end when you meet the queen of obel in the rune of punishment tunnel.

As far as I know, Konami has not confirmed anything to do with Lazlo's parentage. It is generally accepted, though, that Lazlo is Lino's son.

we know lazlo is the son of the former Queen of Obel from the events of the ROP in the game. Whether Lino was married to the Queen at that time is a different story. (obviously i would still like to keep the mysterious Hero's half parentage in the suikoden series going.)

Considering the fact Flare was the daughter of the late Queen with Lino, it would be difficult for her to have Hero before the marriage to him, wouldn't it?

Flare was the elder sibling, after all. (The theory is not impossible, however.)

aint it obvious? but still... i find it funny that he washed off all the way from obel to razril... that's a pretty long distance if you ask me... how many days could he have been at sea and how could he have survived in that span of time? if lets say it would take you 1 month to swim from obel to razril, you'd obviously die of dehydration and hunger by then... if you weren't eaten by the sea monsters first or picked up by pirates first...

Well, judging by the fact that they were on a ship and there wasn't any land visible in the scene, I don't think they were at Obel at the time.

I may not have remembered it correctly but I thought the pirates attacked Obel and the Queen rushed to get the ROP from the ruins to protect her family. Please correct me if I'm mistaken. It's been awhile since I've played Suikoden IV.

You're mistaken. She had acquired the rune some time before that. She had resisted using the Rune but gave in during the pirate attack to save her family.
