Viki / Jeane - Since new topics can't be made in UnjTheories

Is there any evidence (for or to the contrary) in any of the games that Viki or Jeane are either physical manifestations of a True Rune, or otherwise simply creatures born of shards of a True Rune? It seems appropriate that Viki would either be a faulty manifestation of a True Rune of Time&Space given her inability to keep her mind together, but it would pose the problem of having multiple copies of a True Rune existing at the exact same time in the world in Suikoden 3, which seems as if it would break things.

As for Jeane, the fact that there are apparently multiple Jeane's in the world would somewhat go against the 'physical manifestation of a True Rune' theory, but is it at all possible that the Jeane's in the world are all simply children (shards) of a True Rune of Love&Beauty taken human form, or something similar? In this manner they could all indeed be 'sisters' as was suggested by that fellow at Konami, because they were all created by the same True Rune. I remember reading something like Lightning and Thunder runes are merely shards or children of the True Lightning Rune, and the same goes for the weaker versions of every True Rune, but there's no real justification thus far to lead to the idea that any rune except a True Rune can take on a physical manifestation. I think?

Konami has said that Jeane has nothing to do with a True Rune.
