Lost in duel while recruiting Ayame

I've lost while dueling with Ayame in Chapther 4.... can I get her again? because when I tried to get back agin she wasn't there anyone can help me ???

this was asked on gamefaqs not too long ago and someone confirmed she comes back.. i would guess it's like a treasure boss so come back after 30 minutes.
