Unbalanced does not prevent you from parrying enemy attacks

really? it wasn't the fact that you can use items while unbalanced? because everyone can do that, all the time. there's only a handful of characters that can parry/shield defend to begin with, and they only do it some of the time, regardless of whether they are unbalanced or not.

i'm pretty sure you can also evade attacks while unbalanced... what you can't do is attack/use a rune.
