A mountaineer living in the Ch’olui Mountains, Dogha is well acquainted with the mountain range from his many years living up there, and can predict avalanches, which he warns the people of the town when they occur. As such, it makes them resist the tenets of the Order, as they do not need someone to predict such a disastrous event.

When the Hero needs to cross the mountains to reach Naineneis, Nhazu brings them to Dogha, who is at first resistant to help them, but relents provided they follow his instructions to the letter. He proves his skill when he recommends a rocky, dangerous path that looks difficult to climb, but they narrowly avoid a deadly avalanche that would have otherwise buried them.

When the western half of the Ch’olui mountains disappears, Dogha’s history is rewritten. With no dangerous mountain passes, Dogha is merely a hermit who avoids civilization. However, Nhazu, who recalls bringing the Hero to meet Dogha, goes to meet him, although Dogha dismisses the boy’s thoughts. When Nhazu goes missing, the Hero contracts Dogha to help find him. After the boy is rescued, Nhazu asks to go to the Hero’s castle, and Dogha accompanies him. Dogha is revealed to be a Starbearer when Nhazu receives the vision from the Chronicle, but decides to go back home instead. He returns shortly after, deciding he needed to do something with his life.

Dogha is acquainted with the Snow Fairy Sphiel, and tried to shoo her away from the mountain in his youth. He was able to get close to her because she was so trusting, but when he slipped up and revealed his intentions, she started to cry and refused to show herself to him. After 30 years, however, Sphiel does not remember him.

After the fall of the One King, Dogha continues mountaineering, deciding he wanted to challenge Mt. Svatgol. - Matt620
