Daughter of Rajim and elder sister to Marica, Sisuca served as a mother figure to the orphaned Hero and to Liu, who arrived in the village alone. Sisuca often threatens to wash out the boys’s wounds with salt water if they ever get in trouble to keep them in line. The Hero is embarrassed by Sisuca, and doesn’t hesitate to remind her that she is not his mother.

Sisuca visits the castle once she learns that the Hero stations his company there. The Hero tells her she doesn’t need to be all secretive about it and she can come anytime she pleases. Taking that as an invitation to join, Sisuca packs her things and comes to the castle.

Sisuca often finds herself concerned for the Hero and for Dirk, and tries to encourage and help the Hero through their troubled relationship.

Sisuca has a very lovely singing voice and gives Nemne lessons. Just before the final battle, Sisuca gives a performance on top of the castle, where many people listen to her.

Sisuca helps many orphaned children after the war. Although Rajim is concerned that Sisuca remains single and has no children of her own, Sisuca is unconcerned herself. - Matt620
