An Order soldier from Grayridge, Gilliam was in charge of watching the Chapter Hall. He sympathizes with Logan’s plight when he is unable to see Erin, but does not allow him access to see her.

When the Hero and Logan travel to the mines and expose Macoute’s claim, Gilliam is supportive of Erin’s idea of self-governance. However, once the Order comes around, Gilliam’s unit is all but absorbed into the Order’s direct control. However, since the Order’s military had no experience in governing a country, Gilliam is held from the front lines to manage Grayridge.

Gilliam stays in Grayridge until the Hero’s company liberates the town. He refuses at first to join, stating that he needs to stay with the people in the town. After seeing how quickly the Company moved to help defend Grayridge from the sand-monsters appearing in Fort Arc, Gilliam joins the company.

After the war ends, Gilliam is persuaded to become the Mayor of Grayridge. - Matt620
